ARE THERE MEMBERSHIP FEES?
There are no membership fees for the indoor tennis season. There are membership fees for the outdoor spring and summer season which begins in mid-May. Seasonal memberships may be purchased through Fairfield Tennis.
WHEN ARE YOU CLOSED?
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve*, and New Year’s Day. Private parties for New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day can be booked upon request.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, free parking is conveniently located at Fairfield Tennis.

WHAT TYPES OF PROGRAMS DO YOU OFFER?
Fairfield Tennis offers a variety of programs for adults and juniors of all ages and levels. Our junior programming features the USTA 10 and Under Tennis play format.
WHAT LEVELS ARE AVAILABLE FOR EACH CLINIC?
Fairfield Tennis offers clinics for all levels from beginners to tournament level players.
DO YOU HAVE 10 AND UNDER TENNIS?
Yes, Fairfield Tennis uses the age appropriate balls, equipment, and courts based on the standards set by the USTA and ITF.
WHAT IS THE PLAYER TO PROFESSIONAL RATIO?
Clinics typically have a 4:1 or 6:1, player to professional ratio.
ARE THERE MAKE-UPS FOR MISSED CLASSES?
There are no guaranteed make-ups available for missed classes.

DO YOU OFFER USTA LEAGUE PLAY FOR ADULTS AND JUNIORS?
USTA League Tennis and USTA Junior Team Tennis are offered at Fairfield Tennis. Please call the club and speak with Lucie, the Tennis Director, to find which team is best for you.
CAN YOU HELP ME FIND PEOPLE TO PLAY WITH?
Yes, our staff will be happy to help you find a group to play with. Please contact us or call the club to speak with one of our front desk staff that can assist you with your request.
Payment Information
WHAT ARE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You may pay in full at the beginning of the fall season or you may sign up for our Autopay program. Summer programs due in full at the time of sign-up.
WHAT IS AUTOPAY?
A payment plan with interest-free installments. For more information please inquire at the front desk.
WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Fairfield Tennis accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR SIGNING UP MULTIPLE FAMILY MEMBERS?
There are no discounts for signing up multiple family members.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
No make ups or credits for missed classes, lessons or season court play. This includes inclement weather and power outages.
WHAT IS YOUR INJURY POLICY?
If you are participating in a clinic or standing private lesson and become injured, you can bring in a doctor’s note stating the injury and inability to continue playing tennis. At that point, we will take you out of the clinic/lesson, and you will be credited for the amount of classes from that date going forward until the end of the season. Your spot will then become available for us to resell. Our injury policy does not cover Season Courts. Players will need to contact their Season Court captain.

WHAT TYPE OF COURTS DO YOU HAVE?
Fairfield Tennis has 6 Har-Tru Clay Courts.
ARE THE COURTS HEATED AND AIR CONDITIONED?
Fairfield Tennis has temperature controlled courts during the indoor season. During the summer season, the temperature is determined by the daily weather.
WHAT ARE THE AMENITIES OF THE CLUB?
Fairfield Tennis features full service locker rooms, pro shop and stringing services, clean and spacious viewing areas, and free parking.
DO YOU PROVIDE RACQUET SERVICES?
Yes, we provide stringing and racquet services upon request.
