Lucie Langenkamp
Director of Adults - Indoor Season | Director of Tennis - Summer Season

Lucie joined Fairfield Tennis staff in spring 2016 and is a Certified Elite Professional.. Prior to Fairfield Tennis, Lucie served as a graduate assistant for the Illinois State women's tennis program (2014-2016), where she completed her double master degree in Recreational Management and Sport Psychology. Lucie came to the United States from the Czech Republic to start her collegiate athletic career in 2010 at Oklahoma Christian, where she won an NAIA doubles national championship before earning All-American honors after transferring to California University of PA. Lucie placed as high as fifth in both singles and doubles at the ITA National Championship. She was honored with ITA All-American singles and doubles accolades, Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference West Athlete of the year honors and PSAC tournament most outstanding player recognition each year she competed. Lucie became just the fourth player in school history to earn All-America status in both singles and doubles during the same year. Prior to collegiate tennis, Lucie was ranked 650 in the world in doubles and as high as 42 in singles in very competitive women’s ranking in her home country (Czech Republic) while competing with players such as Karolina Pliskova or Petra Kvitova. Since the summer of 2017 Lucie has been the Director of Tennis for the summer season and in 2019 became the Director of Adults in the winter. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis with her husband, cooking and traveling.

Mauro Tete
Director of Juniors - Indoor Season

Born and raised in Argentina. Mauro Tete played for Northwest Missouri State University, a NCAA division II school. Mauro was captain and played singles and doubles all three years. Reaching the top 45 of the NCAA division II singles ranking. Since his college graduation Mauro has been working as a tennis professional at Fairfield Tennis and as Head pro at the Country Club of Fairfield. In 2019 Mauro became the Director of Junior Tennis at Fairfield Tennis. In his free time, Mauro like to spend time with friends, relax and do outdoor activities.

Pablo Bellagamba
Director of Professional Development - Indoor Season

Originally from Argentina, Pablo brings over 20 years of experience to the program. He started as the first assistant at Dellwood Country Club in New City, NY before he moved to the Greenwich Country Club in 2002 where he was 1st assistant for 4 years. In 2006 he took over as director of tennis at the Country Club if Fairfield where he has been for the last 14 seasons. He was also the tennis director of ProForm tennis in Rye Brook for 4 years 2013-2017 and was the assistant coach at the university of South Carolina from 2017-2019 with 2 NCAA appearances and top 20 finishes in the year end rankings.

Mitch Cravens
Tennis Professional

Mitch brings over 30 years of teaching and management experience at tennis facilities throughout Fairfield County and Westchester County. This included the position as Head Tennis Professional at Fairfield Beach Club for 11 years in the summer months, Head Tennis Professional at Brooklawn Country Club for the last 15 years and Director of Tennis from 1991-2000 at Fairfield Indoor Tennis. For 7 years during the winter months, Mitch was the General Manager at Yonkers Tennis Center. He is fully certified with the U.S.P.T.R. While playing Division I collegiate tennis at Furman University he received a B.A. in Spanish. As a junior, he was ranked in the top 15 in the Eastern and New England sections.

Michael Kember
Tennis Professional

Michael is in his 15th year at Fairfield and brings over 20 years of teaching experience to players from red ball to the professional level. Michael has 15 years of Director experience including being the Tennis Director of Fairfield Tennis from 2014-2017 as well as the Director of Tennis at Brae Burn Country Club from 2006-2009. In 2010 Michael became the Director of Racquets at Birchwood Country Club in Westport, where he currently teaches tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis.

A tournament tested player, Michael played professional tournaments for 6 years, as well as earning All American honors at Washington College in Maryland, including two NCAA National Championships and induction in to the Washington College Hall of Fame. He also achieved top 3 Sectional and State rankings in Florida and the Mid-Atlantic as well as top 10 junior ranking in his native New Zealand. His teaching background includes working with touring pros, NCAA national champions, nationally ranked juniors, and state high school champions. He also enjoys working with beginners through the most experienced tournament player and every level in-between.

Andy Vonderheyde
Tennis Professional

Born in Oakland, California, Andy earned a BA Degree in Music from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, where he was captain of the tennis team and played #1. A USPTA certified instructor for over 32 years, he has taught at the Country Club of Fairfield, The Patterson Club, The Westport Tennis Club, Aspetuck Country Club, and Long Ridge Club in Stamford. He is currently teaching summers at Black Rock Yacht Club. He enjoys working with juniors because he gets a kick out of “seeing them improve and growing to love the game.” Andy seeks the water when not on the courts, finding time for windsurfing and sailing.

Yancy Dennis
Tennis Professional

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Yancy Dennis has competed and trained alongside top 100 professional tennis players such as Frances Tiafoe and Denis Kudla at the prestigious JTCC (Junior Tennis Champion Center) in College Park, Maryland. In addition to a successful junior career which saw him reach top 10 in the country in every age group, he also reached top 75 in the country in singles and top 10 in the country in doubles during his college career while representing The University of South Carolina. Yancy brings enthusiasm and a competitiveness while using knowledge he has gained through some of the best coaches in the world. Yancy loves to find creative ways to help players reach the next level.

Josh Heilweil
Tennis Professional

Born and raised in Connecticut, Josh is a USPTA certified professional with a true passion for the game. In addition to being a member of the Fairfield Tennis staff for 6 years, Josh’s teaching experience includes positions at the Black Rock Yacht Club, Newfield Swim and Tennis and this past summer at Birchwood Country Club where he is a teaching pro. As a firm believer that everyone can play tennis, Josh enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities to further their enjoyment of the sport. In his spare time, Josh continues to play competitively and is completing his Masters in Engineering at Fairfield University.

Romain Boissinot
Tennis Professional

Romain comes from France but more recently from Northwest Missouri State University.  Romain had a successful collegiate career as a Bearcats reaching the top 30 singles and winning an ITA regional championship in singles. He was also MIAA Freshman of year, Player of the year and Senior of the year and helped the team reached the top eight in division 2 in two different occasions. After his time as a player, he was named assistant coach for Northwest Missouri State University which he helped reach the top 8 while completing his master’s degree in business administration.

Romain is passionate about tennis and enjoys working with adults and juniors of all levels.

Aaron Hyde
Tennis Professional

Born here in Connecticut, age 29, Aaron has taught in the area since 2003. A ex high school and collegiate player at Southern Connecticut State University, pursuing a studio art degree, Aaron prides himself for his fiery and enthusiastic teaching style. A cardio tennis guru, if your looking to get your sweat on, come join him for a great workout. Aaron has been the Ridgefield Highschool's varsity boys tennis coach for the past three years and has led them to three strait state runner-ups in class LL, a tri-conferance championship, and state open doubles title. Recently he was a teaching pro at Intensity in Norwalk from 2012-2016, the assistant head pro at Rowayton Tennis Association, and the head pro at the Norwich Inn. Also worked for a number of thriving tennis company's in the area such as Tennis In Motion & Fairfield County Tennis. An outdoors kind of guy, in his free time he is an avid snowboarder and freeborder, recently teaching both in Winter Park, Colorado. In his free time he usually spends it at the fishing hole with his two dogs Lola and Reese. He enjoys teaching all levels of tennis, to all ages, always looking to intstill his love of the sport to whomever he's working with.

Glenny Hay
Tennis Professional


Born and raised in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic. Glenny Hay was a scholarship player for Shorter University. Glenny was an NAIA All-American player, NAIA “Best Athlete to Watch” her freshman year, a 2003 Regional title, and a No. 3 ranking in singles as well as a No. 4 ranking in doubles. She also represented the Dominican Republic at the Pan-American Games, Centro-American Games and was a member of the Dominican Fed-Cup Team. As a Shorter University’s Hall of Fame inductee, Glenny has worked at Fairfield University as the Women and Men Assistant Coach for two seasons in which both teams reached the NCAA Tournament. Glenny currently works at the Fairfield Beach Club and is excited to work with adults and children of all levels. Glenny has now been teaching for 13 years and was just recently inducted to the Hall of Fame of her hometown San Pedro de Macoris.
